Recently, we have been taking steps to unify under one company name and identity, Siemens Healthineers. You may have already noticed changes appear at major events around the world, and inthe coming months you will continue to see changes reflected across more interactions with us. Our corporate identity transition to Siemens Healthineers strengthens our ability to support you and your patients, with greater clarity and consistency. Our patient-centricity and commitment to serving you at the highest level remains unchanged, including the people, high-quality products, and technologies you rely on.

1. What is changing during the Varian corporate identity transition?

You may have already seen elements of our corporate identity transition appear at major scientific meetings such as ASTRO, ESTRO, or CIRSE. In the next few months ahead, you will continue to see changes reflected across more interactions with us.

Beginning in early February, we will refer to ourselves simply as Siemens Healthineers. You will see this reflected in our name and logo on:

  • Official communications
  • Email addresses (from @varian.com to @siemens-healthineers.com)
  • Signatures and business cards
  • Updated on-site workwear

While our website URL and email addresses will change rest assured that access to your portals, important information, and support, will continue without disruption:

  • Traffic to our new website will be automatically redirected
  • Emails sent to @varian.com addresses will continue to reach us at our new @siemens-healthineers.com addresses

2. What is not changing during the Varian corporate identity transition?

  • Your Varian points of contact for sales and service teams will remain the same. Customer service will not be disrupted.
  • The Varian name will remain on our oncology products, solutions, and service.
  • Varian’s high-quality products and patient- and customer-centric approach will remain central to who we are as Siemens Healthineers.

3. What does the transition from Varian to Siemens Healthineers mean for our customers, partners, and patients?

  • Our commitment to customers and patients remains unchanged. While our corporate identity is evolving, our focus on innovation, quality, and service continues.
  • The relationships we’ve built with our customers remain at the center of what we do, and our entire team is focused on serving you and your patients.

4. Will there be changes to the way we order goods or services?

  • At this time, you can continue to order goods and services the same way you do today. You can count on your existing contacts for the same level of dedication and service you have come to expect from us.
  • As we continue to evolve to meet the future needs of cancer care, we regularly evaluate our processes to ensure we can continue to deliver the highest quality solutions and service you expect.
  • Should changes occur in the future, we are committed to communicating openly and ensuring a seamless experience.

5. Will Varian continue to exhibit at industry tradeshows?

In 2025, Varian presented alongside Siemens Healthineers in an integrated way. By ESTRO and ASTRO 2026, all events will fully align under the Siemens Healthineers corporate identity.
